How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on how often you train each week and how long you’d like support for. Most clients work with us 2–3 times per week.

Sessions start from $85.50 for a 60‑minute 1‑on‑1 personal training session, and your total cost simply depends on how many sessions you book each week.

We’ll walk you through the pricing options and recommend the program that best fits your goals, schedule, and budget.

We train inside Hone Fitness gym at 7 Isabella St. in downtown Toronto, near Bloor–Yonge, with Green P parking right at the gym. We offer sessions 7 days a week (mornings, daytime, evenings), and we’ll match you with a trainer and time that fits your schedule. All sessions take place in a fully equipped commercial gym, not in condo gyms, so you get full equipment and a professional training space every time.
Your plan is built around your schedule. Sessions are efficient, and the goal is consistency, not perfection. We start with what’s realistic and build from there so this fits into your life.
Yes. Many of our clients are just getting started or coming back after a long break. We meet you at your current level and build up gradually so progress feels manageable and safe from day one.
That’s common, especially for adults 35+. We assess your injuries and limitations up front and train around them. The priority is keeping you healthy while still making progress, not pushing through pain or aggravating old issues.
